Welcome to The Brunch Club, a guest list and rewards program operated at The Vig West Loop in Chicago, Illinois, and owned and operated by The Vig West Loop LLC and Legacy Hospitality Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining The Brunch Club or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.
1. The program
The Brunch Club is a free membership that gives you early notice and special offers tied to The Vig West Loop, such as DJ pop-ups, members-only deals, priority reservations, and birthday perks. The program is currently offered for The Vig West Loop only and may be changed or ended at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to join. The program involves a venue that serves alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
3. Signing up and your information
When you join, you agree to provide accurate information (your name, email, and birthday, plus a mobile number if you opt in to texts). How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Email and text communications
By joining, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. We send up to three emails per month. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you also agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Brunch Club at The Vig West Loop at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Perks and offers
Member perks, deals, and events are offered at our discretion. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Offers may be subject to availability, blackout dates, and additional terms stated at the time of the offer. Reservations and capacity are not guaranteed.
Birthday tower. Members receive a complimentary birthday mimosa tower. To claim it, email events@thevigwestloop.com within two weeks of your birthday with your name, the number of guests in your party, and your preferred Saturday or Sunday brunch date. The tower is redeemable during weekend brunch service only, is subject to availability and a reservation, and cannot be combined with other offers.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, sign up on behalf of someone else without permission, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
7. Intellectual property
The Brunch Club and The Vig names, logos, content, and design are owned by The Vig West Loop LLC and Legacy Hospitality Management LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
This site and the program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Vig West Loop LLC and Legacy Hospitality Management LLC and The Vig West Loop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in The Brunch Club.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.
